BI-COMPONENT GLUE

Application:

Universal bi-component glue for artificial grass
Solvent-free based on PU resins.

Features:

Creates durable, elastic joints
Thanks to high quality components can be applied in increased humidity and low temperature conditions
Shelf life: 12 months in original, unopened packaging in room temperature and dry conditions.

Product:

Packaging: 7+1 kg plastic bucket
Use: With B11 spatula – 0,3 kg on rm 30cm tape
Use time after opening and mixing: 40-60 minutes in 20st.C
Hardening time: 24hours in C (full effectivenss after 5 days) . In case of lower temperatures there is a possibility to speed up hardening the glue through application of additive PLUS750.
Colour: green after mixing

Used for artificial grass fixing to a sub-base
It is recommended to nail them every 20-30cm selecting the right lenghts to ensure proper and safe artificial grass fixing
nails are offered in 5kg boxes; estimated amount per 5kg box of different lengths: 15cm – ca. 210pcs.; 17,5cm – ca. 150pcs.; 20cm – ca. 110pcs.; 22,5cm – ca. 75pcs.
